Delivery Terms & Conditions
All deliveries within London M25 are subject to Free Next Business Day Delivery. It applies to London areas within M25 and on all orders over £50 (excluding VAT). For orders under £50, the Next Business Day Delivery service costs £16.99 + VAT. Deliveries between Monday and Friday between 6 am and 6 pm.
Weekends and bank holidays are not considered Business Days. Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day for Next Business Day Delivery. Orders received before 1 pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders received after 1 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Next working day delivery is subject to stock availability.
Unpaid orders will not be processed for dispatch. If you order before 1 pm and pay after 1 pm your order will be processed for the dispatch next day.
All deliveries will require a signature, so please ensure there is someone available to take delivery of the goods when placing your order otherwise your delivery will be taken back to our warehouse and we will charge an additional £16.99 + VAT for the next shipment plus Congestion Charge, Ultra Low Emission Zone charges if applicable.
LMV cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party delivery service delays. We are using third-party delivery companies such as DPD, Yodel, DX Courier for our deliveries.
Surcharges will apply on all courier deliveries outside London M25 and next-day delivery is not applicable to deliveries outside London M25. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles will not be processed.
