Terms & Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions apply to all goods that are delivered to you (Buyer) after your ordered over the telephone, or through any of websites owned and operated by LMV Packaging LTD (LMV)
The following terms and conditions set out the terms of the contract between you, a customer or user of the website ("you") and us (LMV).
The following Regulations govern the sale of products sold on the website by the Seller to the Buyer via the website. The completed order form on the website together with the concluded Agreement and the payment made by the Buyer constitute the entirety and the only agreement between the parties to the sale of the Goods and constitute a legally binding agreement between the parties.
The following terms may be changed by (LMV) at any time by posting the revised terms on our Site. The terms and conditions that applied to your purchase will be the terms that were in force on the date of the transaction.

ORDERS:

We only accept orders via the website, we are not taking orders over the phone or email.
All online orders will be confirmed by e-mail.
Our client will receive an e-mail confirming the request for delivery of products ordered on our website.
Once we verify your order and delivery details we will send you confirmation email of your order.

The following terms, together with our policies and the order confirmation that we send you via email, constitute a contract between you and us. When placing your order, please provide your correct e-mail address for sending the order confirmation and the terms of the contract. If for some reason you do not provide the correct e-mail address, the products ordered by you will be sent to the provided delivery address. All contract terms and conditions are available on our website.

QUOTES:

All online quotes will be sent by e-mail and are valid for 14 days. You can only do a quotations on our website.
You will not be obliged to make a quote on our website. You can do as many quotes as you feel and need.

PRICE AND PAYMENTS:

If the Buyer places an Order via the Seller's website, the price payable for the Goods will be provided on the website at the time the Order is placed by the Seller.

For customers who order products on our website, we will not call you to confirm orders. Confirmations are sent by e-mail.

If the Buyer accepts the Seller's Offer, the prices contained therein are valid only for a period of 1 day from the date of the Offer. After this date, the Buyer must make a new valuation.

The Seller reserves the right, notifying the Buyer at any time prior to delivery, to change the price of the Goods to reflect the increase / decrease in costs for the Seller that results from any factor beyond the control of the Seller.

The buyer is responsible for all VAT charges.

Any deliveries outside the London M25 are subject for thr delivery charge.

The Seller must receive payment for the total price of the Goods and any applicable VAT and freight charges prior to shipping the items, any delay in payment will extend the delivery time.

You can pay directly on our website when placing your order, or by transfer to a company account.

AVAILABILITY:

Seller will make every effort to maintain sufficient inventory to fulfill all Orders. In the event of insufficient stocks for the delivery or delivery of Goods already paid for by the Buyer, the Seller will contact the Buyer to consult with the delivery of a similar, different product or refund the money for the Goods.

DELIVERY TERMS:

The delivery of the Goods will be made by the Seller to the Buyer's address provided on the Order page form.

All deliveries within London M25 are subject to Free Next Business Day Delivery. It applies to London areas within M25 and on all orders over £50 (excluding VAT). For orders under £50, the Next Business Day Delivery service costs £16.99 + VAT. Deliveries between Monday and Friday between 6 am and 6 pm.

Weekends and bank holidays are not considered Business Days. Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day for Next Business Day Delivery. Orders received before 1 pm on Friday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. Orders received after 1 pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Next working day delivery is subject to stock availability.

Unpaid orders will not be processed for dispatch. If you order before 1 pm and pay after 1 pm your order will be processed for the dispatch next day.

All deliveries will require a signature, so please ensure there is someone available to take delivery of the goods when placing your order. If there is a chance you will not be there at the time of delivery, you can leave instructions at the time of ordering. It may be leaving the parcel at a neighbour's place. However, it should be remembered that it is more difficult for us to solve problems with orders that were not signed on delivery. If there is no one on delivery to sign the delivery form your delivery will be taken back to our warehouse and we will charge an additional £16.99 + VAT for the next shipment plus Congestion Charge, Ultra Low Emission Zone charges if applicable.

LMV cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party delivery service delays. We are using third-party delivery companies such as DPD, Yodel, DX Courier for our deliveries.

All the delivery times given for the Goods delivery by 3rd party delivery services are indicative only for which the Seller can not take any responsibility.

Surcharges will apply on all courier deliveries outside London M25 and next-day delivery is not applicable to deliveries outside London M25. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles will not be processed.

It is recommended to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt of delivery. Damage or non-delivery must be reported to the Seller within three days.
Goods rejected as damaged must be signed as “Rejected Damaged Goods” on the carrier's shipping documents; Goods that have been received but damaged must be signed "Damaged Goods"; Goods that are short must be signed "Goods received short" and the Buyer must change the number of items delivered in the carrier's shipping documents.

CONGESTION & TOLL CHARGES:

There will be an extra charge of £15 when passing through the London Congestion Charge Zone, other congestion charge zones, tolls or ferry charges will be charged accordingly. (Unless otherwise stated)
There will be an extra charge of £12.50 when passing through the London Ultra Low Emission Zone, other congestion charge zones, tolls or ferry charges will be charged accordingly. (Unless otherwise stated)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We make sure that our products reach our customers in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our office within office working hours, so we can arrange an exchange or refund at no extra cost. Goods which are damaged on arrival must be advised to the sales team within 24 hours of receipt.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Returned items will be refunded within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned package. The amount of the refund will be reduced by the administrative (£10) and shipping costs incurred by LMV. It is the customer's responsibility also to cover delivery cost of returning items. Goods must be unopened and in salable condition.

If for some reason you'd like to exchange your order you can exchange it within 14 days from the date you have ordered. Exchange items will be subject to an administration fee of £10. The exchange of items will be processed within 10 working days from the date we receive the returned package. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the return and re-delivery costs. Goods must be unopened and in salable condition. All Exchanges are subject to our availability of the products.

The Buyer is obliged to ensure that any Goods returned to the Seller are safely and securely packaged to ensure that they are returned undamaged and suitable for resale. The Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for any Goods that he is unable to resell due to the poor condition of the returned products.

Any goods ordered in error must be returned to LMV at the buyer's cost, within 10 days of the order date. The amount of the refund will be reduced by the administrative (£10) and shipping costs incurred by LMV.

CANCELLATION:

To cancel your order please contact our office or use the contact form on our website. Please note that orders can only be canceled providing dispatch has not occurred. If you need to return an item that has already been dispatched please read RETURNS AND EXCHANGE terms.
